It a production business. I want start a new business in Afghanistan, glass production. For this work, I have three steps and I should do every steps too much correctly.

It is my generally plane; I have done 70% of the first step. This business is not easy, it will takes long time it has too much challenges and it needs a lot of money. I should work hard to do it; I should study about the glass and producing the glass. This business will help our country economic a lot. We will cover around the country to sell our products. I chose this product because it is basic needs for us and it has too much profit. My next plane is importing the glass to make good connection whit factories they are producing it and find money for producing in here. I will produce every types of the glass but the first, I want start producing the simple types. This product will have a good profit because our country is developing and we will have many constructions. It will be the important product in future.

Problem

Everyone knows about the all problems in Afghanistan, one of these problems is an economic problem. It has different parts; my focus is more on imports and products. We chose a very easy way by importing everything from other countries. In fact, we are helping the other countries economy. We should think about this big problem and solve them as soon as possible. We have to pay attention to the products that we need and the basic need for us and produce these products in Afghanistan. In here, we have factories but some of these products are not necessary, it is not a basic need. I want to solve one of the basic needs. By producing products that are a basic need, we can help our country's economy. How long do we have to import everything from other countries? We should work for our country, our people, and ourselves. I want to produce glass here. For what? Our country is developing and we see a lot of construction every day and glass is one of the basic needs for us. We all know we have a long way to go, so we have to take important steps to be one of the best countries in the future. I have three main goals in my business.

With this, we aim to find our place in the market with attracting customers. We are less expensive but more convenient. We are the only importer of glass from Iran, the current importers are importing from China which has a higher expense than mine. I have the knowledge and practical experience of this industry for the past 10 years. My experience has enabled me to go for establishing my own business in this field of work.

Along with other importance, having concise investment terms and conditions will help us to prevent any possible confusion and conflict between us and the potential investors in the future. For this reason, we are emphasizing much on sharing the investment terms and conditions with the potential investors and agreeing upon them. 

As a normal practice, the investor who wants to invest in a business is accepting to receive a portion of the company's profit in compensation of the investment amount. If the potential investor would agree with this, we are really comfortable practicing this term.

For us managing an investment amount, has become a normal practice since we are ding with it for the past years. From our understanding throughout the process, we know the importance of well-managing an investment. From the investor perspective, it really important that how an entrepreneur is managing the investment amount for generating revenue and profit for himself and the investor. To do this, we will definitely utilize our experience in this field of work. Our knowledge, skills, tips, techniques, and professional experience would help us in well managing the investment amount. We are assuring the investor that we have the capacity to manage the investment amount in its best possible way for profit generation.

Being in the entrepreneurship community for a long period of time, we know the importance of investment amount breakdown. Most of the investors are willing to see how the entrepreneur would expense the investment amount, and how logical is the investment amount cost breakdown. Co-Founder

Sarwer Rahimi, he is 34 years old. He is my co-founder. He studied until ninth grade at school. He could not continue his studies. He went outside of country for work, when he came back he started glass-selling work. He knows everything about glass, market of glass and customers.
