Why the customers need your product/service

Living in Kabul city and having a part/full-time occupation makes children raising difficult for the parents, therefore, there is a need for a safe and secure place that parents can trust and admit their kids to be taken care of while they are on duty. Accessing such facilities is not difficult nowadays as you can find numerous kindergartens around but a center with a standard system is difficult to find.

Working in the sector for the past few years, we understand the expectations of the parents from such centers. In addition, we have been able to conduct studies on delivering quality and standard services to children at the early stages of their life, they are equipped with necessary mental and physical skills.

Considering the needs and the standards, we came up with Gahwara concept and established this standard center. We have a standard curriculum for taking care of the children and delivering them the necessary skills.  Aside from the curriculum, we have built the facility very user-friendly so children can have a better and calm time during the time they are inside the facility.

Nutrition is very important to children, therefore, we have prepared a meal menu for the kids to be energetic during the day which consists of vegetables, fruits, and healthy sweats.

Lastly, for their safety, we offer transportation services that pick the kids in the morning and drop them at the end of the day back at their home.

All the above-mentioned points are the strengths we have as a private kindergarten which is rare in the commercial market.

Cost of Customer Acquisition

Considering our target market which are parents living in Kabul city and having a full-time job, the costs of the marketing and sales are very low. Based on our estimation and experience, 500$/year is enough to reach all Kabul city through social media as we are using only social media for marketing and sales purposes.

For the time being, based on our capacity, we can afford 100 students/year, which can be increased if the resources are available. Looking into the marketing and sales cost and the number of customers we can attract (500$ / 100 = 5$)only 5$ is the CAC.

We can definitely reduce this CAC by opening new branches and enrolling a higher amount of students within facilities. Based on the feedback we have received from the market, there is a high potential for opening new branches as the families in different parts of Kabul city are asking for the service. Building a strong brand and image for the business, we are surer that we can open branches in other provinces of the country.

Based on our expansion plan, we are sure we can increase the number of students to more than 300 at the end of the second year.

Investment managment plan

After receiving the amount, we are planning to open the second branch of the kindergarten. We have divided the plan into steps which are:

1: We will rent a facility for the second branch

2: Refurnishing including painting and preparing of the facility

3: The facility should be redecorated

4: In order to reach more customers, marketing and promotional materials will be developed and distributed such as flyers, brochures, and billboards

5: An expert team of trainers will be onboard

6: New learning books should be printed for the children

7: New and enhanced services such as learning tours will be activated

9: Internal competitions such as educational, IQ, and sports will be organized

10: The second branch will be planed for launching

All these steps will be taken to grow the business and enroll more students. It might sound ambitious but we are planning to open the primary school of Gahwara at the end of the 3rd year. Following this model, we aim to serve these students from kindergarten up to high school.

Opening branches in other provinces is one of the other plans we are currently working on. The investment we will receive will help us to serve the children and grow our business.
